With a background as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi and a Public Prosecutor for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Dr. Vats has prosecuted high-profile bank fraud cases and handled complex financial investigations. I am a law graduate from Delhi University, with a Master’s in Law from Kurukshetra University, India. My professional journey spans over 15 years of extensive experience with a Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, where I specialized in Human Resources, Law, and Vigilance.
In Canada, I pursued a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University, equipping me with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the complexities of immigration law. I am currently preparing for the licensing exam to practice as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
My multidisciplinary expertise in law, public administration, and immigration enables me to provide insightful and strategic solutions for individuals and businesses in need of immigration guidance.

Ltd he has built exceptional relationships with large real estate developers, high net worth individuals, leading banks and financial institutions.
